 Guide to create a Product License.

Example:

• Check the sales order to locate the correct license that is already active in Netsuite
  example: SO17207 the license is 487781299375523286 in NetSuite. Also make a note under Original order as LAN DAEMON.

On the license, edit

• Profile= to LAN-(license type)
• Max Number Active Clients Allowed=1
  (The 1 represents the LAN Daemon that we are enabling)
• Maintenance End Date (CST)= Match sales order date

• On the “Options” tab
• License Check Interval=120 Hours
• License Check Interval Offline (Days)=366
• License Check Interval VM (Hours)=0

Note: If no 366-lease expiry is requested you must set all fields to 0.

• License Check Interval=0 Hours
• License Check Interval Offline (Days)=0
• License Check Interval VM (Hours)=0

Subscriptions should be matched as well, example if it is for 2 years.

• License Check Interval=120 Hours
• License Check Interval Offline (Days)=732
• License Check Interval VM (Hours)=0

• Concurrency Mode=Network
• Network Seats =1 (number of users on the sales order)
• Heartbeat Period (mins)=30 (This is the time interval between successive contacts between the client application and the daemon.)
