The message is for information only
It is only saying that the other table in this Referential Integrity constraint pair is not in replication. However, it should not have any implications so long as reporting on the target does not require both the parent and child tables.
If in future it is desired to include the counterpart (parent or child), it is imperative that both be routed thru the same named Post queue, if named queues are configured.
