Errors "Not loaded" and "Input String was not in a correct format" when editing a GP Template
Description

The following error messages are displayed when attempting to edit a preexisting group policy template element after upgrading from Desktop Authority version 9.1.1 to Desktop Authority version 9.2:
“Not loaded"
Clicking on the "Not loaded" message will provide a secondary message entitled "Input string was not in a correct format."
Cause

There are multiple causes for this issue but mainly it is due to having migrated the Desktop Authority manager console from one server to another without migrating the group policy template files being used in the profile element settings.
Resolution

If the Desktop Authority manager console was moved from one server to another, check to ensure that the group policy template folder (Desktop Authority Manager\Templates) on the new server is equal in size and the number of files.
If the Desktop Authority manager console was not relocated from one server to another, please Contact Support for further assistance and make reference to defect number DE10859.
