Description

Unable to or cannot Publish from Toad Data Point to Toad Intelligence Central (publish to a View). Login is also very slow; it takes 5 minutes.
Run an Oracle query in TDP and Publish dynamic data to TIC, but cannot create View.
Cause

User performed an add all users during TIC setup for all their users (6000+ users) in Active Directory (AD).
Resolution

Perform a re-install of Toad Intelligence Central.
1) Fully uninstall TIC.
2) Rename TIC folder in the path: C:\ProgramData\Dell\ from “Toad Intelligence Central” to “Toad Intelligence Central OLD”.
Note: 'C:\ProgramData\' is not the same as 'C:\Program Files\'.
3) Re-install TIC.
4) Re-start the computer, if it’s okay to do so.
5) Add only one or two users. Do not perform an 'add all users' or add all your 6K+ users.
6) Re-test the issue.
