How to create a dynamic path or folder directory location for the TNS_ADMIN system variable where it will point or use the currently logged-in Windows User AppData path?
Using a path like, C:\Users\%username%\, did not work.
This is on a Citrix environment.
Resolution
Using a path for the TNS_ADMIN system variable like below has worked per a user report:
