Error received when launching qview on a Windows system:
"Unable to open parameter file".
Qview is picking up the wrong port number and trying to open a non-existant parameter file.
Run qview using the -r switch and supply the port number:
c:\> qview -i -r<port_number>
e.g.
c:\> qview -i -r2105
