Description
The following message appears in a popup in the Foglight Management Server (FMS) console when attempting to Release a Lockbox to credential clients or when adding a new Infrastructure Agent:
"All selected clients are not longer connected. As a result, the selected lockbox is not released. Please make sure these clients are connected and try again."

Cause
The Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) is encountering connection issues to the Foglight Management Server (FMS). -
Resolution
Restart the FglAM and FMS applications.
