erwin Web Portal: How do I map to a drive other than C:\ when harvesting a model from client mach (4295416)

Description:

When I try to harvest a model from my workstation, I am not able to select any other drive other than the drive "C:\" which is the drive on the Web Portal server machine, How do I map to a drive other than "C:\"?

Solution:

1. All harvesting, script backup and restore drive references are relative to the server. The reason is that the server must have access to these resources anytime another event (e.g., scheduled harvest) is to occur. On installation, [MIMM] includes all directly attached drives. However, as it is a service, the drive names and paths may vary from what the installer understands, and these drives are not made available at installation time, and thus will not be see when selecting drives using [MIMM] UI.
2. Instead, one may make these drives available by updating the conf.properties file on the application server machine in the folder \conf\. Editing this file, one sees tags in this format:
3. <BrowsePath>C:\</BrowsePath>
4. In order to include a specific drive, simply add a similar tag for each drive right after the ones already in the file:
