Received more rows than allowed in Oracle custom UDC collections (User Defined Collections) (4295381)

When running user-defined collections on dynamic tables, deleted items are still kept in the topology. As a result, the number of rows displayed on the user-defined collections table will exceed the configured value for maximum allowed rows.

Use case

1. Define the maximum number of rows in a customer collection to 11, for a table that has 11 rows.
2. Watch the collection in real time
3. Add another row to the table
4. The extra row shows in the topology and the dashboard

This is part of the design of a custom collection. SQL used in a custom collection can return different keys from time to time if there are changes in the table.
