I am trying to restore or put back the ER Diagram Icon in my Toolbar. It vanished and it's no longer displayed (disappeared and gone). Where can I find it?
Resolution

1. Right-click the Toolbar or Icon bar area in the top part of the Toad window
2. Choose "Customize"
3. Highlight "Report" under Categories:
4. Drag & Drop the ER Diagram Icon back in the Toolbar or Icon bar area in the upper part of Toad
5. You should now have the ER Diagram icon back in there
