Description
Can report or alarm be created for logins (especially failed logins) and row count growth on monitored instances / databases. And if so, is there any documentation, solution, whitepaper on how we could implement this functionality?

Resolution
The database agent does not track failed logins, sessions in the database, and row count growth for reporting. Most database instances do not track it as well unless Auditing is enabled.
Foglight does however track and alarm for failed logins of the database agent through alarms when a connection fails.
These may be possible through a User Defined Collection.
