Which Oracle alarms notify when an instance is in nomount or mount exclusive modes?
When a database is in mount exclusive mode, the agent fires a "DBO - Usability Connection Availability" alarm with the message
"The connection to the instance MYINSTANCE failed. Failed to establish a Oracle JDBC connection protocol to Host [MYAGENTNAME], user account [ACCOUNTNAME] . Reason : [Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12526, TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are in restricted mode"
In nomount mode, the agent fires a "DBO - Usability Connection Availability" alarm with the message
"The connection to the instance MYINSTANCE failed. Failed to establish a Oracle JDBC connection protocol to Host [MYAGENTNAME], user account [ACCOUNTNAME] . Reason : [Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12528, TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are blocking new connections".
