Resolution
Starting in Toad Data Point 3.4, 64-bit Oracle clients are supported. Toad Data Point 3.4 can connect using either a 32-bit or 64-bit Oracle client.
Versions of Toad Data Point 3.3 and earlier are a 32-bit application and only supports a connection to Oracle databases with a 32-bit Oracle client.
