When creating or editing a SharePoint template receive RPC server is unavailable error.
Description

When creating a SharePoint template, when scanning the topology after entering the SP_admin or equivalent credentials receive the following error:

The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)
Cause

Network communication issue
Resolution

In order to query the SharePoint topology for creation of the template the following ports are required to be open between the Change Auditor client server and the SharePoint server:

TCP 135 (DCOM)

TCP 49154 (WMI)
