Multiple Change Auditor Coordinators are recording frequent failed Heartbeat Checks for agents in their respective Coordinator logs. Yet, there is no evidence of a problem in the Agent log or any network issues between the Agent and the Coordinator.
Reset the Agent Heartbeat Check under the Coordinator configuration to the default 30 minutes. When dealing with a multiple Change Auditor Coordinator deployment, check the first Coordinator's log and note the timestamp of the failed heartbeat. Next, check the timestamp in the Agent log to determine if the Agent had connected to a second Coordinator. Lastly, check the log of the Coordinator named in the Agent log to confirm that the Agent has connected and is uploading events.
