1. Stop the windows service “Archive Manager Full Text Index Service”.
2. Back up the Index folder at the partition which you want to re-index. You need to back up index folder for all partitions. By default the location will be “[Partition Drive]:\Dell\ArchiveManager\Index”.
3. Delete sub folders under the Index folder.
4. Start the windows service “Archive Manager Full Text Index Service”.
Please note: Rebuilding the index can take up to two days on a small/medium environment and up to 2 weeks in larger environments.
