Inactivity settings are no longer displayed in the "About" menu of the agent icon in the Notification Area (4294449)

The "About" menu from the Desktop Authority agent icon was intentionally removed in version 9.2.

There are no other ways to view the inactivity settings on the client from the agent icon in the Notification Area. 

Current Inactivity settings for the logged on user can still be found in the sltrace.htm log file.

This log file is located in the user's Temp\Desktop Authority folder.

From the user's Desktop:

• Go to Start | Run
• Type  %temp%
• Then press Enter.
• Open the "Desktop Authority" folder
• Open the sltrace.htm log file.
• Click on the "Inactivity" link at the top of the page to review current Inactivity settings.
