Description
The Desktop Authority Manager Service is stopped and will not start.
Error message: "Windows could not start the Desktop Authority Manager Service service on Local Computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

Cause
An anti-virus application could be preventing the service from starting. -
Resolution
Add the anti-virus exceptions for Desktop Authority's files.
