While performing an upgrade or clean installation of the Desktop Authority console, installation fails when attempting to install the Opsmaster service and the following message appears:
ERROR DAInstaller.CoreServices.InstallationEngine.InstallActions.OpsMasterServiceConfigurationAction Install critical error
DAInstaller.CoreServices.CriticalException: Unable to install service 'C:\Program Files\ScriptLogic\Desktop Authority Manager\OpsMasterService\bin\ScriptLogic.Server.exe' ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file specified.
The message also appears in the DAInstaller.log located in C:\ProgramData\ScriptLogic\DAConsole (Server 2008 or higher) or C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ScriptLogic\DAConsole.

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The system cannot find the file specified.
The Desktop Authority server is missing the InstallUtil.exe from C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 to allow completion of the installation.
Copy the InstallUtil.exe file from C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727 from another server to the server where Desktop Authority is being installed and run the Desktop Authority installation. If installation fails, uninstall and reinstall .NET 2.0, then run the installation again.
