Description

Users receive Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) when sending emails to contacts created by Coexistence Manager for Notes (CMN)
Cause

Cached information in Outlook
Resolution

Workaround 1
Run "Outlook.exe /CleanAutoCompleteCache" to clear the cache.
Workaround 2
Add the problematic LEDN to the contact as an additional x500 address.
The value can be derived from the NDR message. For example:
IMCEAEX-_O=Organization_OU=Exchange+20Administrative+20Group_cn=Recipients_cn=user@company.com
Would translate to:
/o=Organization/OU=Exchange Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=user

Workaround 3
Empty Auto-Complete List Button (Outlook 2010-13)
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click File | Options.
3. Click on the Mail tab (on the right)
4. Scroll down to Send messages and click the Empty Auto-Complete List button.
