Customer requested a erwin 9.8 License Code and you processed the request through Netsuite. How can you tell if the customer received the License Code? You've followed up with the customer and no feedback has been received.
1. Log into Nalperion Portal
2. Search on the License Code (ex. 487739558710612313 )
3. Click on the "Devices & Activity" button
You'll observe that there is or is not a Computer ID displayed. If the Computer ID is displayed the customer received the License Code.
