Management Server constantly running out of memory and Agent Managers constantly disconnecting (4293735)

There are multiple Sybase agents in the environment.

The FMS (Management Server) is constantly running out of heap memory.

The FMS logs show java.lang.OutOfMemoryError errors for Java Heap Space.

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

The JVM heap graph shows memory_usage trends upwards consistently.

This issue can be caused by SybaseServerStatus collection from the Sybase_MDA agents. SAP ASE (Sybase) cartridge defect identified as FOG-4086.

This defect appears to affect all SAP ASE (Sybase) cartridge versions up to and including: 5.9.7.23, 6.0.1.10, 6.1.0.11.

Please open a case to request a hotfix for FOG-4086.
