How to use the Import Feature in order to import multiple sites to add them as a Local Intranet, Trusted, or Restricted sites through a file in Desktop Authority, using the Web Browser Object.
Sometimes, it's desirable to enter a lot of local intranet websites in order to use them with the zone's security settings, or to enter them as a trusted / restricted sites as well. This can be done using the Import Feature, rather than import them one by one manually.
In order to add the list of the sites, import them into a .CSV file.
Inside the .csv file, add the sites in the following format:
After typing the site, press the Tab key and type the word "add" as in the example above.
A number of sites can be added in this file in order to import them:
https://www.google.com add
https://www.hotmail.com add
http://www.youtube.com add
NOTE: A Tab is entered after typing the website.
Save the .csv file and import it into Desktop Authority.
