On client computers the CBMConfig.xml.gzip file is shown as locked.
The PCs that are locking the file have 0 MB of free disk space on their system drive.
On a manual copy, the end user is presented with a warning that the copy cannot occur due to insufficient drive space. Once the user clicks "Ok", the process stops but no such warning can be acknowledged in this automated process.
Free up hard drive space on the affected systems. This will allow the CBMConfig.xml.gzip to be copied over to the affected system and the file will be closed.
CBMConfig.xml.gzip is copied over to the system at:
32 bit system: C:\Program Files\Quest\Desktop Authority\Client Files\10.x\CBM
64 bit system: C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Desktop Authority\Client Files\10.x\CBM
