Order value of Smart Label cannot be changed and saved -
Description
Changes made to Smart Label order values do not save.1. Go to Home | Label Management and click on Smart Labels.2. Choose action Order Labels | Device Labels.3. Click the pencil icon and change one of the labels from 100 to some other number like 10.4. Click Save on the row and then scroll down to the bottom and click save on the page.5. Go back to the order labels list and see the label you changed is back to 100. -
Cause
This issue has been identified as ESMP-2982 and K1-18304 Changing order of smart labels doesn't work - values are not saving. -
Resolution
Note: This has been resolved in update 6.4.120261. Please visit the download site for the latest version.
Contact Support if upgrading from 6.3 or earlier, to the latest version.
