When running Notes Migrator for Exchange (NME) administrative driven batch migration, NME reports errors:
ERROR: [1250-53-5-00000000] Could not find user in Global Address List (GAL)
Possible causes:
1. Active Directory (AD) users were not created and mailbox enabled
2. Mailbox could not be accessed
3.You are running the mailbox-enable process and mail routing at the same time.
4. Outlook profile in NME server is corrupted
5. Verify there is only one instance of the user in AD, not a contact and a mail user.
Perform the following:
1. Verify that the AD users are created.
2. Verify the AD users are mailbox-enabled. Meaning that all the target migrated users must have a mailbox and must appear in the Global Address List (GAL)
3. Verify that the affected mailbox is working
4. Running the mailbox-enable and mail routing processes at the same time can cause a timeout because of replication. Please test this by running the processes seperately. 5. Delete the contact migrate the data
