In this document you will find out how you can turn on logging for Corporate Modeler to assist in identifying the cause of an issue.

Steps:

Step 1.  Open Registry Editor

Step 2.  Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Wow6432Node>Casewise>11>directories

Step 3.  Create a new string value called “logs” and set the Folder path to save to

Step 4.  Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Wow6432Node>Casewise>11>Logging

Step 5.  Create a new string called “Enabled” and set its value to “TRUE”

Open CM Suite and run tests

Step 6.  Turn off logging by changing “Enabled” string value to “FALSE”
