When logging into the ControlPoint application, the service account is unable to see all scheduled jobs in the Schedule Monitor. This may also be confirmed by going to the SQL Server Management Studio, selecting the xcAdmin database and expanding the dbo.ScheduledJobs table to see all scheduled jobs that are not included in the Schedule Monitor.
This is a known issue with the RunningMode parameter in ControlPoint versions 7.1 - 7.4.
A fix was included in ControlPoint version 7.5. So, to resolve the issue, please upgrade to latest version on ControlPoint, which may be downloaded here.
