We migrated several Notes mailboxes and archives from one Migration Server. The Mailbox Data are migrated properly into English (meaning Outlook Folders are in English), but the Folders into the Exchange Archive are in German.
Both User collection are migrated from the same Migration Servers with the same Software all in English (Lotus Notes Client / Outlook Client / Server OS etc.).
NME/MFNE will use existing folders (like in server mailboxes), so language should not be an issue there. However, when trying to migrate to targets which do not have folders already created (as is the case with archives and PSTs), NME must create the folders and will use the names in the corresponding ini section according to the system locale.
If the locale where NME/MFNE is running is set to German, NME/MFNE will look in the [DE] section of the INI file.If there is a mix of users, let's say English and German, then it would best practice to migrate them separately and change the [DE] configuration section between migrations.
