Identifying message shortcuts created by Metalogix Archive Manager for Exchange using Outlook (4292574)

To quickly find all shortcut messages created by Metalogix Archive Manager for Exchange, you can search for messages by message class. All shortcuts created by Metalogix Archive Manager are a custom message class of IPM.Note.pammessage.

To search for all message shortcuts in a mailbox perform the following steps:

1. Click the search box in Outlook, then from the Search Tools menu select Advanced Find...

2. Select the Advanced tab

3. From the Field tab select All Mail Fields and choose the option for Message Class

4. Change the Condition to is (exactly) and type IPM.Note.pammessage into the value field. Click Add to List.

5. Perform the search as needed in the appropriate mailboxes and/or folders

When searching with the Message Class is (exactly) parameters all results will be shortcuts to messages for Metalogix Archive Manager.
