We installed Erwin mart server. When I tried to open the admin url, getting error as "500 the cal

We installed Erwin mart server. When I tried to open the admin url, getting error as "500 the call failed on the server". I tried disabling the SSL but still same issue. Could you help me with fix the issue

Problem:  We installed Erwin mart server. When I tried to open the admin URL, getting the error as "500 the call failed on the server". I tried disabling the SSL but still same issue. Could you help me with fix the issue

 

Solution:  following these steps resolved the problem:

1. Stop the MartServer/MartServer Service.
2. If MartServer is running as a windows Service Click on Remove MartServer Service  from Start Menu.
3. Click on Disable SSL for Tomcat WebServer from Start Menu.
4. Go to Install directory of MartServer ( Ex: C:\Program Files\erwin\Mart Server r9\Tomcat64\webapps\) and delete the MartServer and MartAdmin folders.
5. Open Configure MartServer window with Run As Administrator and configure Mart Server.
6. If Customer Wants to run MartServer as windows Service à Create Mart Server as a Service with Run As Administrator.
7. Start the MartServer/MartServer as a Service Run as Administrator.
8. Open MartAdministrator.
