User cannot open archived email and error says there is no connection to the Archive server
The issue usually occurs due to a network-related issue, firewall or group policy settings.
When users attempt to open archived messages in Outlook, Outlook will attempt to retrieve the message from the archive server using an HTTP request (or HTTPS if SSL has been configured). To verify the HTTP request is reaching the archive server make sure the link below is accessible from the user's machine. It confirms connection from the user's machine to the archive server.
