Is it possible to export via "SharePoint 2010 Web Services" and use the Full Link tracking soluti (4292336)

Is it possible to use “Sharepoint 2010 web service” as import service and install only the Link tracking part on production? In the installation instructions is mentioned only the use of the “Sharepoint 2010 web service” along with the Link tracking sandbox solution, but I am interested in the full Link tracking solution.

It is possible to install the Front End Services solution (with full dynamic link redirection using a Link Tracking database) even if you are not installing the Quest Import Service.

We believe, however, that most people will either want to install the full solution or keep things as light as possible and will not often mix and match.
