'Client Mismatch' when connecting to database with Toad.
Description

A 'Client Mismatch' message appears when connecting to a database with Toad.
Cause

This can occur if the Oracle client is older than the version of the database being connected to in Toad.
Resolution

Install or use an existing Oracle Client which matches the same version number as the Oracle Database.
