Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a maintenance plan to do a Check Database Integrity task for all databases.
2. Setup the plan to generate a HTML report.
3. Modify the system time to 1:00PM
4. Execute the maintenance plan
5. Review the HTML report and note times listed
Actual Results: recorded times for a job that ran at 1:00pm are shown as 1:00AM
