User is missing many tabs in Schema Browser:
Profiles, Sys Privileges, Tablespaces, Directories, Scheduled Job Classes, Scheduled Windows, Scheduled Window Groups, Job Scheduler, Recycling Bin, or more.
1. Make sure all tabs are enabled under the Schema Browser configuration menu. To open the configuration menu, right mouse click on the left hand side of the Schema Browser, just above the icon/toolbar.
2. Some tabs are limited to users with DBA roles. Check the privileges of the user logged in.
3. Some tabs are limited to the DBA module in Toad. Check if you have the DBA module by going to Help | About. See if it lists DBA under "Options."
4. Some tabs require a connection to a 10g Database, such as Recycling Bin.
