How to generate a Trial License for erwin DM in Nalpeiron (4291399)

All the Trial licenses are done through Nalpeiron at https://my.nalpeiron.com 

Make sure you have the approval from a Sales Representative before proceeding.

When logged in to Nalpeiron, go to Allocate codes:

We fill out the information here:

The number of codes to allocate is always 1 because we just want to allocate 1 code per user.

The Code profile is always Trial Edition.

The company needs to be filled out with the company's information - if it is not found, we will have to add a company.

To add a company, go to:

Click on Add new company:

Fill out the company's name and click on save:

After that, you can fill in the company name in the field and proceed to the next step.

The Reference is where we put the contact's information or the company name, anything you find relevant to that request.

It should look like this:

Click on Allocate Codes.

You will see a new code right below in the list.

Click on Download set of codes to get the license key.

A text file will be downloaded and will look like this when you open up:

All trials are by default generated as a 30-day trial, Workgroup Edition, 1 user per code.

If you need to change this information, copy the license code.

Do a search on it and click on Edit:

To change the period of the trial, change the subscription duration and click on save at the bottom:

If you need to change the number of users for that trial, change the Max Number Active Clients Allowed:

To change from a Workgroup Edition to a Standard Edition, leave the options as follows:

We also need to change the information under tab Total Application Agility to reflect Standard:

To change from a Workgroup Edition to a Navigator Edition, leave the options as follows:

We also need to change the information under tab Total Application Agility to reflect Navigator:

If the trial is Concurrent, please select the Cloud option here:

Don't forget to click on Save after you change something!

Now copy the license code and send to the client or Sales Rep in the following template:
