The QCS service mailbox test fails 8004860A(598BA0F) It is not possible to check the mailbox configuration, this occurs within an exchange 2010 environment.
This could be due to an Exchange 2010 mailbox server being specified within the properties of the service mailbox rather than a CAS server which Exchange 2010 MAPI connections go through. This issue can also occur if the RpcHttpProxyServer registry key has been created as this was designed only for establishing connections with Exchange 2013 mailboxes.
Changing the Exchange mailbox server name and replacing it with the CAS Server name within QCS properties should resolve this issue.
If the issue persissts Ensure that the Following Registry Key is not present on the server:
64-bit Machines:

32-bit Machines:
