Account does not have rights to create the Access Explorer database and/or need to manually create database as per environment requirements

Resolution
The access explorer database cannot be created manually as the scripts expect input from the product, which includes information extracted from the main Enterprise Reporter database. An account with SQL sysadmin rights must be used to create the database from the product.
