Which versions of Toad are still supported? How do I find out the end of life cycle for particular versions of Toad?
In general Support for versions of Toad ranges from the current vesion to about 3 versions back. To verify this please check on our product page(for each product):
Navigate to the specific product and scroll down for the Product Life Cycle tab for more specific dates and versions.
As long as a license is associated with a current maintenance contract support can try to help address general questions regarding older versions but needed, the support engineer will suggest upgrading and retest the issue in a newer version.
