Description
In vFoglight Storage, after upgrading to 3.x the Compellent is not collecting. It was collecting without problems in version 2.5.x -
Cause
This is a known defect in vFoglight Storage caused by a bug referenced by Quest Tracking ID vfgls-1130.In the new 3.0 version we are using a Dell API on port 3033 to collect from Enterprise Manager. In some situations when a customer upgrades the old SMIS ports are still being used.Please contact support and this can be fixed. -
Resolution
Defect request vfgls-1130 has been submitted to Development for a fix in a future release. Please check the release notes of latest software to determine which bug fixes have been included in this release.
