You can upgrade to your Toad family software as long as your maintenance contract has not expired. Your license key, which includes the Authorization Key and Site Message, is good for any version of Toad; however, your maintenance contract allows you to download Support Link and it must be updated.
Note: it is possible to upgrade Toad if the installer was downloaded
before the contract expired. Just make sure you download the full or msi
installer.
In this case no support will be provided after the maintenance contract has expired.
