Resolution
This has been submitted as a defect, and will be resolved in a future release of the product. The domain controller will still function properly with the restored DNS settings.

Additional Information
There is only one DNS server listed in the TCP/IP properties of the network adapter, however the DNS servers can be found in the below registry location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{GUID}\NameServerAlthough the DNS servers in the registry key are separated by spaces when typically they are separated by commas, they will function properly.
