The below error may occur when backing up a domain controller:
"Failed to access the target computer using alternate credentials. The specified network name is no longer available"
Resolution

Ensure you can navigate to \\servername.domain.com\Admin$ on the domain controller from the RMAD server using the credentials from the backup job. Verify DNS settings on the RMAD server.
