Reports are timing out after a couple of minutes and require more time to run.
Resolution
Open the Report Manager
Click on the System Configuration tab at the top
Click on the link "Manage database settings used by Enterprise Reporter"
Increase the default value of 120 seconds to the required value (max is 999 seconds)
Additional Information
It is possible to increase the timeout value higher than 999 seconds by editing "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Enterprise Reporter\ReportManager\ReportManager.exe.config" (backup the original file before editing)
