Toad for Oracle MSI file installation gives, "Error 1925. You do not have... privileges"
Description

Using the Toad for Oracle MSI installation file gives:

"Error 1925. You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as an Administrator and then retry this installation."
Cause

The Windows User does not have Administrator Rights.
Resolution

In order to install and run Toad for Oracle, make a connection, and do basic operations, Power User or Administrator is required.
