Alter Table icon and other icons are disabled or grayed-out when "Allow fetch of table names to b (4290291)

When I enable the "Allow fetch of table names to be cancelled" option, the Alter Table icon and other icons in the Schema Browser | Tables Tab become  disabled or grayed-out.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1) Go to Schema Browser | Tables Tab | "Filter Tables" icon | check "Allow fetch of table names to be cancelled" | click OK
2) Click on a table name
3) Several icons in the icons bar will become grayed-out or disabled (i.e. Alter this Table, Edit Privileges/Grants..., Add Constraints..., Analyze Table, Create Synonym, Rebuild Table, Compile Dependencies, and Truncate Table)
4) If I unchecked the above mentioned setting, it will work fine again
