What metrics remain when a monitoring agent is deleted or removed? (4290275)

The DB Agent submits information into 2 topologies:

Data Model
The Data Model relies on the monitored host and instance name.(so this should stay the same when recreating the agent)
Therefore, if the data is still in the FMS, the new agent will continue to submit data into this same topology (assuming the host/instance names are the same).

Agent Model
The Agent model is based on the agent ID and therefore this data would be lost.
This is mainly used for Usability and Agent error log information.

Once the agent is restarted, a new agent ID is assigned.
