When I try to debug my PL/SQL code like package or procedure, I get the error: ORA-01843: not a valid month.
My NLS_DATE_FORMAT is dd-MON-yyyy, and this is the same in both the Session and Database NLS Parameters as well as in my Registry.
How to set default Date format for Toad Debugger?

Resolution
Go to View Menu | Toad Options | Debugger | under “Date format for watches” | choose or type the date format in there. Use a date format that is the same as your parameter settings.
