The Toad installation may encounter one of the following errors:

1.  "You don’t have the privilege to perform the installation. Please login as administrator to install the product."

or

2.  "The installation can't be completed."

or

3.  Toad Data Point - "Could not execute the external program C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp\VC_RED~1.EXE

This program is blocked by group policy. For more information, contact your system administrator."
